Our Story
The Little Spot Blends began as a one-person operation on Broadway — a single oven, a handful of regulars, and the belief that a neighborhood bakery should taste like it was made for the people who live nearby.
That hasn't changed. We still bake every morning before the sun is fully up. We still turn down suppliers who cut corners. We still know our customers by name — and we remember how they take their coffee.
What grew is the range: our bread line, our pastry menu, our coffee and tea blends, the specialty groceries we now carry, and the custom cakes that have become a local tradition for birthdays and milestones. But the philosophy is the same — make it right, make it fresh, and treat everyone who walks through our door like a neighbor.
